~° Don't believe what u see

Don't believe what they say

Dirt in your eyes, it's all a disguise

It's not heaven, it's hell

~° Illusion of their innocence

The silk, the wines

Their diamonds & gold

Are born of blood mines

~° Those voices behind closed doors

Are not imaginary

The ivory palace borrows

Bricks from a cemetery

~° Fable of their purity

Weaves heartfelt lullabies of stone

Sinful scarlet stories adorn

The noble carpets, the imperial throne

~° Hint of darkness behind old curtains

It’s not imaginary

The ivory palace borrows

Bricks from a cemetery

~° Garden of flowers here

Blossom with bloodstains

Paint on the walls thickens everlastingly

The closer you look, the darker it gets
