Invisible Knives

People come into our lives.

Only to stab us with their sharp-edged knives.

We fall for their innocent face.

But what they do is they just replace.

Replace us with someone new.

But people like us are very few.

Who are ready to give them another chance.

Instead, they only make us dance.

On their terms and conditions.

Why the hell they enter our lives without our permission.

Slowly we get rid of this behavior.

We start waiting for one such person who will turn out to be our savior.

Who will always be there by our side.

With whom we can go on a very very long ride.

A ride called life.

And then together we will thrive.
