Inside My Room

I hate my room

Miserable like a tomb

Windows are closed

The floor is cold

The bed and the table

That's all

I lie here

With never ringing phone

But not for long

for she might open it

When the door is opened

At the table you should sit

Open the book

stay very still

If you're sleepy, tell me

I'll give you a pill

Swallow and stay up

For you got work

unless you pass this

Don't want a word

So will it be soon?

for me to leave this room?

I hope so, but

Have eight more months to go
