the cover page, morning newspaper

spells madness of our world everywhere

murder, riots, violence, looting, bombing, shooting, killing

famines, floods, earthquake, landslides, heart-attacks, cancer, covid-19, monkeypox

insanity

madness everywhere

out of control

no respite nor rest

my mind swirls with images

of the monstrous death and ghosts

lingering around us in this mad world

created by the most sophisticate species- so-called, human-beings

human

arrogant, egoist

proud, prejudiced, pompous

selfish, flashy, boastful, power-hungry

calling one’s own doom, greedily

thoughtlessly, wrecking our world- beautiful earth

pollution, poverty, penury, paucity, impatience, hunger, starvation

insanity and madness everywhere, the mind cannot rest
