Inhuman Humanity!

Cries of help, often is often found on deaf ears,

Inhuman is humanity; the world has changed over the years.

Finding wealth of others to steal is the easy bit in life,

Inhuman is humanity; many a back we find stabbed with a knife.

Brothers & sisters look among their own to betray,

Inhuman is humanity; parents look on as children go astray.

Values are lost in the pursuit of immense power,

Inhuman is humanity, as we pull down the bar, lower and lower.

Wealth and fortune, today, define you as a woman or a man,

Inhuman is humanity; poverty is a curse, makes you a dead fish in a pan.

Religious fanatism blinds you; holds you completely in a bind,

Inhuman is humanity; it divides the society with anything it can find.

Gone are the days of family unity and bonds,

Inhuman is humanity; to each his own, as they pool into their own ponds.

Corporates to governments, we all swing by the song of money,

Inhuman is humanity; we kill our soul each day as we become its bunny.

By God! do we desperately need a Prophet to set us inline,

To bring the 'human' back in the 'humanity, and we shall be just, fine!
