Illusion

Always running late.

Messed up footsteps.

Steps running one beat late.

How slow I live?

I’m getting late.

The world moves without me,

as if I don’t exist.

Empty sky, no light is here.

It’s getting dark,

sun without sky burning somewhere.

Panic in the moment.

However I try,

always a step behind.

Speed is all that I need.

Speed is all that I wish.

Won’t see it coming, a sudden lightning.

A flash,

An electrifying fire.

In race against time,

I’ve to win.

“An illusion” whatever you say

My dream’s only getting bigger.
