If it wasn’t for you

I would’ve remained dry n broken Said the paddy fields To the summer Rain

If it wasn’t for you ,

None would have known my fragrance Said the Jasmine on the fence To the gentle blowing breeze

. If it wasn’t for you

I would’ve been lost in the sea Said the lonely sailor in the ship To the pole star in the sky

. If it wasn’t for you,

I would never have known The magic of a touch.

Said the hard pebble to the river

As it caressed her..

If it wasn’t for you,

Said the Earth to the sun Little I would have known

The strength within me As the sunrays nurtured new life

In her every spring.. And If it wasn’t for you

My love , I pause.. My dreams would’ve remained just dreams.. As I fathom your eyes deep I feel the Rain, the wind, the star, the river and the sun. Wild flowers dance on our muddy paths As my soul find it's way to yours. And I happily get lost in your arms..
