I’d become sunshine

in the middle of rain 

I’d become sanity

on the days you feel insane

I’d become happiness

in the times of great sorrow 

I’d become yesterday if 

it improved your tomorrow

I’d become strength 

on the days you feel weak 

I’d become a telescope

To help find the stars the you seek 

I’ve loved you from the first moment 

and if I never saw you again 

I’d become a writer 

and describe you in all my fictional men
