I Wont Make You Promise

I won't make you promise that you be my side forever..we are born alone and die alone.. I won't make you promise to love me truly..who knows what true love is..mostly not the love that man offers man..

I won't ask you to make me happy, I see it as my job and not yours..

However i wish this much for me and you

To be free, but not abandoned

To be loved, but not possessed

To be cared for, but not pampered

To be independent, but not unsupported

To be honest, but not hurtful

To be faithful, but not chained

To be healthy, but not boring

To be young, but not immature..
