I Want To Be Poetry And Not Poet For Once

Updated: Aug 28

“I wonder how it would feel for once,

To not write about something but to be written about,

To not describe love, But to be described as love,

To be the ink and not the pen,

To be the thought that makes people smile,

And to not have the thoughts that make me cry,

I wonder how it would feel to be the poetry and not the poet."
