Relish the feasts of life ;tame the seducing taste Relax ! Not haste !! ; monitor the waist Contagion the happiness , shun the rage May thou be a philanthropist , evade the golden cage Be thou calm yet toned with adrenaline rush Savour the greens ; paint the Nature’s brush Service thyself with discipline and thou can delay the grey Emit positive vibes and let negativity be at bay Older roots , newer leaves ; the principle down the age(es) Be thy an amateur , be thy a sage Nature’s law , thou can’t defy Inevitable ; there ‘s no how and why ?? ‘’The old order changeth yielding place to new ‘ ‘For my disciples , surplus breaths and added years few !! ‘’ Endow the truth and innocence of a child Master the contentment lest thou go wild ‘’ Nourish thy soul my child , thou are young forever , An uphill task upstream , it’s now or never ‘’ Colour thyself in totality , not just the faded black The doc is there to boost you , hats off to the antioxidant pack(s ) Bob had dozed off singing : I wanna be young The dream came true and lo ! he woke up learned and young !!
