I’m off

to hit the hay

The daily thoughts

and anxieties

follow me

as I follow Christ

Together

we drift off

to the land

of altered consciousness

to fish

for divine inspiration

and guidance

in underground lakes

and on pink sand beaches

of the astral realm

An insignia,

thought lost forever,

goes on display

A cluttered head

isn’t about laziness

A lost and found meaning

will make you

a fisher of men
