I hide behind my words as they reveal me—

Every letter interlaced with the next.

I exist in the blank spaces; the margins.

And the sharp ink pricks me, pierces me.

I bleed into my words as they complete me:

Strange, estranged, a stranger.

If I give you all my words will that deplete me?

The words on my tongue that betray me, disown me.
