I bloom!

By Medha Mishra

I bloom as a fresh tulip unfolding all petals slowly….. when he cups my face to kiss me;

when he tells me what made him to think about me at work; when he comes to me to cry and leans on me when in pain instead of bottling up;

when he gives me a head pat when I do something good and says good job kiddo;

when he pulls me in his lap after I offer him a cup of coffee; when he hugs me throughout the sunset;

when he stays either it be a sunny spring day or a thunder storm;

when he claims me as his lady;

when I fall in love a little more every time I see love in his eyes; I bloom for him!
