I Am Not Mental I Am Mentally Ill

The world through my eyes,

Can you see?

Just for once see it,

And I am sure you won’t be disappointed,

I want to share with you my world,

But I just don't know how?

My talks are silly at first,

And I can't fully express myself,

I might make you irritated and frustrated,

But please be patient and understanding,

With time you'll see I'm someone,

That I'm not a burden to anyone,

Can you see in my twinkling eyes,

The love I have for you?

You might not see but I do love you,

Though I cannot articulate it normally,

I do express myself but not as you,

I take time to assimilate information,

Then slowly I process it to you,

I meet anyone and hold them,

As I think I can trust them so easily,

Sometimes I am terrified by the things in my mind,

By things I hear and the things I see!

You call me crazy as you don’t perceive,

But all that I feel and perceive is true to me,

Though we seem fine,

But we all have thorn in the flesh,

May be we all need each other,

To make this world better place,

I'm not a curse rather I'm a blessing to you,

When you see me,

Surely you must be appreciating your life,

When God made me,

He did create me like He made you,

God made you able in some areas,

Where I'm not, so you could help me,

I hope upto now you've understood,

My world different than yours,

And would be able to see the world,

Through my eyes!
