I Am Alright

Miles ago when my home was in decay,

not a person asked me to stay,

and yet after my condition,

i was teached to say i am okay.

With shivering heart and pleading eyes reflecting cloud,

there was a dence crowd but no humanity found.

I stood there with my eyes full to it brim,

waiting for someone to at last hold my string.

But, no one stopped on that busy street,

and so i told my smile to greet.

That's how i learned to get depended on my own,

and smile brightly while hiding the frown.

But still somewhere i longed for a loved one's care,

waiting for my destiny to at last be fare.

so i smiled and i got lost into the dreams that night,

the next day started with saying i am alright.
