I Am A Mess

I am carrying the burden of grief,

With no single breath of relief,

Begging round the four walls,

In search of someone’s belief.

I raise each step with pain,

My tears have now become vain,

Me; who was once lavish,

Lost that treasure which I can’t anymore gain.

Now I am like a stone,

Which cannot be used, nor thrown,

Looking like a buried flower,

That had not evenly grown.
