How I Wish To Die

Looking up at the stars,

Is how I wish to die.

Forget about my scars,

Just staring up at the sky.

Dying from drowning too-

Doesn't sound so bad.

Surrounded by all-blue,

So pretty, I'll be glad.

Jumping off of somewhere,

Will take a lot of guts.

But if some people care,

I hope no-one interrupts.

Overdose or hanging,

Seems the easy way out.

But why am I complaining?

Why am I having doubts?

Isn't this what I want?

Or do I really wish to live?

Maybe I don't want to part,

And just want to forgive.

All the people who hurt me,

That's me and no-one else.

Maybe I'll realise I'm worthy,

And hate myself a little less.
