HOPE GROWS RESTLESS

We can prepare for every possibility,

but we cannot prepare for every outcome.

Worry drains the present gambles with eternity

Risk the days that are yet to come

But the wait has been long for my candle to hold,

The click is ticking and my skin is wrinkling,

I fear I may give into anyone bold,

For what's the use of pretending I ain't craving?

I am not feeling empty for not having it all

I am filled with joy and bright prospects

For I belong to the kingdom where doors open all

And gives earthly bread and heavenly grace beyond expects

For all tribulations in this world
