Her Fault

Born into this world,

With no knowledge of reality.

The Doctors said “Congratulations it’s a girl! “

“Kill Her! “, her parents said.

That is their mentality.

It was her fault she was born you see,

Born in this inhumane society.

What would she do in this treacherous place,

Where money transcends heart.

We bid adieu to the baby girl,

Who is ready to depart.

As her father picks up a stone,

And lays her down.

She is fast asleep now,

Never to wear a wedding gown.
