Were the hands that built the temple,

As pure as they claim the temple to be?

Were their sins washed away as they built the temple?

As fast as they claim the worshippers’ sins to be

Were those mouths fed when they spread their hands?

As full as the hands of a wealthy devotee

Were those faces remembered?

As much as that of a pandit

Were those bodies thanked for their sweat?

As much as that of a stone figures

Were their religions considered for building it?

As much as it is while they are entering it

Were they treated with respect?

As high as the walls they built

Were they considered humans?

Just as enough as the people inside
