Things aren’t the same as they used to be, when you look in the mirror change is all you see, and getting more and more insecure about your face and body, got so much to do, so much to study

Teenage can be hard, emotions and hormones are playing their part, and having so much to do but not knowing where to start, in between being beautiful, ugly, stupid, and smart

Difficult to understand what I’m feeling, Yet to others I’m bailing, My mind is a mess, and others are becoming sort of heartless

In between staying private and opening up, whether to bottle up emotions or use a measuring cup, in between understanding or explaining, stuck between adjusting and complaining

Don’t feel like talking to others hardly eat lunch and dinners try to escape my messed up mind by sleeping and dreaming about a sorted life

The question is how it was never when, remembering the fun we had then, before we were expected to be grown men and women, these mixed emotions how do I pen?
