Grief

Sadness, tears, grief and emotions,

All faced by man,

Feelings never loved by any,

Hated by all till the end of time…

Tears flowing down my cheek,

Throat choked, unable to speak,

And thoughts flooding my mind…

Pain rushing through me,

Trying to forget the cruel things she said,

But Oh well! My memory;

My mind not allowing to forget 

Those brutal and thoughtless words she said,

That struck my ears, so harsh!

Not allowing me to forget that night 

When all the things went wrong…

And my heart crushed into pieces 

Shattering like glass shards 

Piercing right through my body 

With their edges so sharp,

Which would tear me down to pieces 

And rip my soul apart,

Never letting me forget that night

When everything went wrong….

All the secrets I told,

All the messages I shared,

But it all came to an end 

Where I was crying by the side of my bed…
