Grief

I wanted to look powerful and bold

Didn't realise I was turning so cold!

"You will be fine" I was told...

All those tears I had to hold!

I had no chance to grieve

Tormenting it was for me to see you leave

Even before I could actually perceive

Rubbing my eyes found it hard to believe

Now how do I retrieve

From this agony how do I relieve!!?

Wasted all those days creating a fuss

Trapped now amidst the fallen truss

For that time has passed beyond

I have nothing to reminisce our bond

While everyone else could hug and scream

All I did was focus on my dream

With you gone everything has shattered

Your presence was what really mattered!

Shedding those tiny drops makes me look weak

People would brand me as timid and meek..

My heart filled with guilt and helplessness

Only you can set me free from this restlessness

Wish I just had a moment

To erase all those that got us distant...

For my love toward you is very sincere and true

I really really miss you
