As I close my eyes and go back to sleep

You come in front of my eyes to sing a lullaby,

The ones that you missed when I was a child

But I lose my sleep over your unexpected visit,

Your presence creeping in makes me weep

Why you here again, even after we bid goodbye,

I still feel the warmth in the way you smile

It takes just a minute, to know that you are there only in spirit.
