Gone With The Pace

Didn’t ask for it, yet you gave me all

Painted my cheeks red and don’t ask, no more.

Silenced my thoughts and confused I was

Lost in your eyes and I, questioned no more.

Hushed are those words and silence crept in

More of those thoughts excited its next.

Maybe, I was at fault that I let them seep

But the winds were too strong and I drifted along

Everything seems right and nothing went wrong

Believe me, that’s how I saw when it all crumbled down.

Lost are those thoughts and gone are those days

Yet, another story gone with a pace…
