GOD, WHY ME?

GOD, Why Me?

I asked You in the dark–

Am I your canvas for suffering’s mark?

An experiment etched in pain and tears,

Have I sinned beyond what I can see?

When will my body feel light, not sore?

When will my karma release its chain,

And free me from this endless pain?

I do not lie, nor do I cheat,

I never hurt anyone, I always been so empathy,

I’ve offered love, even in failure of

getting it back,

So why me, Lord? Why this test?

Why my karma never ends till now?

Why am I born to just be in pain?

These questions echoed in my mind,

This is your karma, this is your way,

To learn, to rise, to kneel and pray.

It’s not punishment, not some curse,

Yet, it’s been hard– the faces, the paths,

Yet every scar, every fall I see,

Has carved a deeper strength in me.

You are not alone– in this battle,

You’ve been empowered!

You’ve been resilient! You are powerful alone!

The scars became your diamonds!
