Gender Equality

Gender equality means that girls equal boys.

If boys go to school, so must girls.

Girls are more than pink and pearls.

Men think they are superior,

Really the thought’s inferior.

I really hope some women,

Correct these men’s thoughts.

If any man is rich, they think they are the best.

This is so not true, please put this thought to rest.

This is not how men should act,

We all are equal – indisputable fact.

Give women a choice, don’t force them to cook.

Instead of the pan, try giving them a book.

Though I am a boy, I still care about,

Gender Equality, it’s the correct route.

Let us stop this unjust way, and let’s begin,

A time when we all get, a fair and equal win!

To change the world, we need to change the way we think

Offer equal opportunity, then Gender Equality will truly begin.
