FREE

Dim delicate lights call for me

Will I ever be free?

free from the chains of inhumane smirks,

free from life's clerks.

i quietly breathe, at least i try,

but this materialistic world makes me sigh.

a people pleaser like me,

Could she ever be free?

a small child witnessing a fight

a fight between the ones who were supposed to be always right a fight between 2 parties i called my own

In me that seed of fright is sown

as she grew up she fell in love

a place i called home flew away like a dove

so listen young ones people don't care about your home you are the incharge of the ring tone of this phone

As i embedded people in my heart

they flew away talking their part

look at yourself before pouncing on others

said to a person whose last leaf flutters

So lemme ask again to this little heart

did you do your part

are you free or yet to be

just find the real me.
