Fragments Of Past

Some fragments of the past,

Are like small broken pieces of glass,

Embedded on the road of life,

Invisible but,

Excruciating enough to make me

Stumble upon the river of memories.

And then, I dig & dig,

Trying to change the course of river.

Tired and in guilt,

I caught my breath,

And tried to shake off the pain,

But pain...

Oh! It’s obdurate.

At last, I had to let it all in,

Carry them all,

And move on.
