I always wanted a true friend,

who would be there with me till the end.

Who would sit and talk about all their sorrows and pains,

till one of us would go insane.

You came into my life like a ray of light.

Your inner beauty made me lose my sight.

You could make anyone laugh if they were having a bad day.

No matter how sad I was, you could take all the pain away.

But He decided, He needed you,

So from this world, you left.

But you took a piece of all of us, Our hearts are what you kept.

I didn't see this coming,

It hit me by surprise,

And when you left this world

A small part of us died.
