For The Teachers Out There...
By Sai Neeraj
Teachers are not preachers.
They are researchers in the field of…
Even if there is a shootout,
They stand in the frontline's out,
Protecting us from the devils there out.
Even if a concept is as high as a mount,
They make it as easy as fingertips count.
Even if there is a stupid doubt,
They never shout rather,
clear it as clear as glass,
with a pin-drop silence in the class,
yet a silent laugh among the mass.
They know to solve a situation,
without complication,
without escalation.
They are calm and kind ,
with a needle sharp mind.
All they do are deeds,
when we are in need.
The advice they give may look like a torture,
but all they try to do is nurture,
while wearing the dress of culture.
They are the experienced.
Teaching the un-experienced.
Comforting the ill-experienced .
They are the morning birds catching the bus,
To prepare us for the syllabus.
Their bad jokes are bad ,
but good enough smile away our pain.
They maintain the class with democracy,
and no sign of supremacy.
They are mot any normal researcher,
they are the researcher of their field,
with no expectation in profit of yield.
