Fools Act

Fools act, and we’re all better off for it. Stupidity is a grace that few are given. Though we all may try and pretend otherwise. We stage ourselves in the right light and face our backs to the crowd, But fools do not. Staring straight ahead and no other way they plant their feet and are here to stay. We may grimace and mourn the loss of aptitude Aand give undue reverence to competence,

Yet we all fail where they succeed.

They fall and walk into walls, blockades, and no end of venomous traps. But their pace never falters and one should pray for that. Onward and tomorrow and the day after that, They are all that we’re not. Brave, stupid, and tenacious always. We could learn a thing or two. Fools. If only there were more of you.
