It all started with a smile

With those beautiful dimpled cheeks

I couldn’t imagine anything more charming

I would always like to start my day with.

You made my brain malfunction

For which I could only stare

Sustaining it until my last breath.

I prepared myself to rhyme

Your voice played like a chime

Please tell me staring is not a crime

Because when you are around, I do it all the time.

Hand in hand we stroll through an exquisite land

You by my side counting stars from the hillside.

Showering my love until you get infected

To keep you always connected

Never will I leave you suspended

As you are more than what I expected.
