The portrait

of life many perspectives

The face of poetry

A capture of entirety

The poem is already of its own

Reaching to us for a push forward

It is the way we will remember

the things we didn't say

When what the poet has penned

Is not the way

the people have read it out

to themselves

They embrace it still

Because it drives a wave in them

that last more than a while

In some, dissolves into the unoccupied

Whereby every strip of the piece

wondered the spirit in each
