Eyes That Grieve But Hold No Tears
By Yash Raj Shukla
Souls so lost seek edge on a sphere,
Walk amidst crowds seldom to appear;
All desolate stars in the moonlit blues,
Those eyes that grieve but hold no tear.
Suffocating in space, bridled in a time,
Locked in its own, a "Mise en Abyme";
Living a part to bury the rest,
No poems to graves, if cries could rhyme.
Nightmares queued with no else to fear,
Await they death till a breath to bear;
A shine, a smile to fend a glimpse,
Off the eyes that grieve but hold no tear.
