In anger, we flush our brains

In tears, we wash our faces

In dreams, we live our days

In denial, we lose our ways.

In arguments, we lose our fights.

In trust, we discover betrayals.

In smiles, we seek revival

In love, we pledge our survival.

In time we learn the rhythms of life

In its ebbs and flows, we glide.

In the vast unknown, we stride.

In blind hope, we leap and thrive.

In truth, we know nothing of what awaits.

In courage to explore, a new path is laid.

In serenity, we calmly march ahead

In equanimity, let's shine and fade!
