Oh thee!

I have seen you many times.

As a Wind on face,

And as a Whirl with pace.

As a Rain in the Courtyard,

And as a Wave in the Dockyard.

As a dirt in the abode,

And as a mother in the meadow.

As a warmth in the campfire,

And as a death in the wildfire.

Oh thee!

I wonder how you thunder

Amidst the dark clouds to please the crowd.

For a second I started to reckon

Not about You.

But all the due violence against you.

While it is highlighted by few,

Others feared the red hue.

You were suppressed to dress up the mistress.

And you were distressed, when the water depressed.

We learnt about Bahuguna in the text,

And raised the skyline in the land to rest.

We mined the Crest

Hoping the Best.

Without any realisation

In the name of recreation

We snatched the emancipation

Owned by our next generation.

Now,

We are screaming about Awareness

After all the vehement acts of atrociousness

But, still as an ideal.

You are maintaining the Resilience

Against every act of Ruthlessness

And still prove, you are the instance

Of generousness

After all the incidents

I can only thank thou,

For being best version of you.
