I feel happy one day

Sad the next

I feel angry one day

Lonely the next

Am i broken

Do i need fixing

Am i a defect

Should i be praying

To god to fix me

I feel grateful one day

Regretful the next

I feel thankful one day

Shameful the next

Life takes you up

Then drags you down

These emotions it makes me feel

Is there a way to numb it
