Embracing My Senses
By Anushayini B
The clouds quench the thirst of the Green.
The noise of the waves, shakes the Moon.
Buds open their petals, to satisfy the
appetite of the beetles.
The eyes leads to the order of the clouds.
The leaves nod to the music of the cuckoos.
Handprints are the indestructible henna.
I live as a heroine until dawn, in the stories of dream.
The song of the moon sweeps over my ears, as, darkness envelops me.
I pack the breeze nearing my eyelids
into my eyes.
I feel the tenderness in my mind
when setting foot on the sand.
My face bath yellow in the sunlight.
Turtles line up and paints the seashore.
The stars dissolves the darkness of the Moon.
The bars of the window rusted in the,
game of raindrops.
The snow played hide and seek with me,
hiding the buildings.
The prosperity of the mountain feeds the sky.
The divinity of the river wets my eyes.
I feel something weird snoring under my bed, when clock strikes 12 'o' clock.
The light of the lamp dances and eats
the darkness.
In the grip of loneliness, I remember the time I got tired of eating grandma's stories.
The remnants of the residue, also take
root in the soil.
Cocktoo reminds me of my name
many times when he's hungry.
Equality of crows, cuckoos in their nest.
My shadow is the accessory the,
sun has drawn for me.
My image ran and disappeared in the
stained river.
The land is welcoming the old leaves,
that have been chased away by the trees.
The plants beneath the waterfalls,
enjoys the lifetime drenching.
The rustling of leaves in the woods,
make animals to cherish the music rain.
