Who is a lady?

Is she a female?

Really?

Who defined her sex?

Who demarcated her limits?

Who told her she does not have wings to fly higher?

Who told her she cannot love a man of her choice?

Who took away the rights from her own body?

Who kept her esteem in her vagina?

Who told her she is defined by the man she marries?

Or the father she is daughter of?

Or a sister of her brother?

Or maybe her son?

Or maybe any stranger?

A stranger to a lady has to be a male, right?

Another lady isn’t a stranger, if i guess right.

Who conjured her thoughts?

Labelled her as characterless when she stood independent?

Called her a betrayer when she stepped out her premises?

Made her an epithet of amorous beauty?

Who said her legs are made to breed?

Her steps are limited to the four-walls?

Who caged her?

Who took control of her clothes?

Of the language she uses?

Or of the pride she feels, in herself?

Who said that she can only be silent?

As a mannequin.

Who commanded her dreams to be stagnant?

Her ambitions just a mirage?

Who tied her feet to the ground?

Who made her confined?

Who?
