Ungidlelani ngiphila fezelwa ndina?

Ihlaba lakwethu angisanalo ngenxa yakho.

Kungenxa yakho ngingasavukeli ngingasawuphathi

Sengikhuluma lakho ilimu ngegama lomoya

Lakwethu ilimu selaba yihlamba ngegama lomoya

Umuntu sekunguwe kweyami ipilo

Bakwethu sebaba manaba kebami ubuso.

Bogogo nabobamkhulu nithuleleni ngiphela?

Ngiphela kancani kancani njengencema yeLigwa.

Ngincinzelwa ngestjeni njengestjhebo siphela

Ngihlutjwa iimpiko sakoloyi ihlutjwa umthelo.

Lafa ihlangothi lami ngingakanaki ngiyengwa.

Safa isitja sami ngisadlela kiso.

Zafahla iinkomo zikababa iinyembezi zingakomi;

Zidoswa yikunzana etlhaba phambili.

Wangenza Nomthwadlana;

Nganyenya umhlana ngikhulele kiwo.

Ngatlhanamela umhlana ngikhulele ngemva kwawo.

Muntu uyakwazi ukwenza;

Ngivele emtarini njengamanzinzo wefene.
