Dusk of Ennui

Updated: Aug 28

By Samika Ren

Divinity bestowed upon the lush green hills, the sun kissed valley River so still. Shades with shadows, with deer and birds. Life so real and live in the hidden forest Red tree alone in green, still a pleasure for me. The sound of the moving waters and waves. Last piece of peace; I left in your vicinity Hidden in the shadows of, the whispers of ennui Apathy's lament in me, soul sighs in your verdant, river invoking melancholy reverie, to a dusk of driftwoods of heart.
