Dress of Dreams

Have you ever heard

the deafening sound of silence?

Created when the wheels of your brain,

go round and round,

spinning a new thread of another possibility

from which you'll sew out another beautiful dream.

The sort everyone wants to have, but cannot afford.

The kind you think is made precisely for you,

only you, and you must have it.

The kind which you believe

will bring you all the happiness

you dream of, and is perfect for you.

But there’s only one perfect dream out there

for each of us, and you must find yours,

find it, buried amongst the rest.

And when you do find it,

you'll know for sure it is the right one,

because it will fit you the best.
