Dream

With every choice,

the thread weaves into

a new domain of colors.

Not every path ignored

is to be forgotten,

for you need to visit and revisit

the paths untraversed

to stay on course.

I found a way to lead lives

in this single plane of life as

every path I have ignored

had a story waiting to be

experienced.

It does come with inherent

shortcomings, I forget

the adventures once I walk

into the day light.

No wonder, even historical

facts stem out of memoirs.

Dream

You are older than you look,

for you have lived lives unwritten

and unspoken of,

in therealm of dreams.

Waking dreams are our thoughts

trying to escape into reality,

so beware of what you wish for !
