I'm in a story,

And in this story,

Wars are being fought,

All bloody and gory.

The defeated are slain,

The victorious gloat,

Over a victory, that to them,

Isn't in vain.

The bridges to this end,

Were made from titanium,

Provided by the same ones,

That to every lie,

Have gradually succumbed.

"Our" glasses weren't,

Once tinted with this red rose,

Yet in this battle cry,

The red and orange seem similar,

I suppose.

Finally,

Through the many glasses,

All is fairly the same,

Some may call it inhumane,

The universe darkens,

When we realize to them it’s just a game.
