Difficult Together

Can it not be so hard?

Wrote it all down on the card,

Yet we find mistakes,

Knowing what it takes.

How is together difficult?

Recoil like a catapult,

Every step we take away,

Snap back and stay.

Seeds we sow,

In the hope of love;

Ripping them apart,

Cruel words on our part.

Hand in hand,

Time slipped like sand,

There was time for everything,

Yet we did nothing.
