Different!

…When I arrived,

I didn’t agree to follow the stereotypes then,

When I held your finger and walked the road,

I hated the confinements then as much as

I loved the free air.

And now when I’ve taken the charge of the wheels,

I still say NO to the rules.

I move uninhibited, undeterred.

I still make my own mistakes and be proud.

And when I’ll leave this “space”

I’ll leave it a much better one.

And then you write my epitaph

Maybe, she was a “Different” one.
