Dare to Dream

For dreams cost nothing to weave;

And even if they bore a price,

You would gladly pay it.

For dreams are silver drops of rain,

Falling softly upon your skin,

Washing away the dust of weary thoughts

And awakening the mind anew.

They are the whisper of a morning breeze,

Brushing lightly across your heart,

Quieting the storms that rage within

And soothing the soul with tender grace.

They carry you to enchanted realms,

Where imagination unfurls its radiant wings

And soars beyond the farthest horizons

The waking eye has never seen.

They are the fragrance of blossoming flowers,

Lingering sweetly in the air,

Reviving the spirit from deep within

And painting life in brighter hues.

They lead you on a blissful journey—

Though only for a fleeting while—

Yet leave you smiling when you return,

With a lighter heart and shining eyes.

So dare to dream, and keep dreaming,

For dreams are a wellspring of hope,

A lantern in the dusk of doubt,

And the secret music of a joyful life.
