Wipe your feet at the door

Leave your shoes at the steps.

Hang your coat by the rack

Shake the scarf from your neck.

Pierce every corner of every wall with your gaze

Shout and search and cry as you might.

Give up, succumb to your laze

For what you seek is far from sight.
